Tender Package
Our Tender Package is the ideal way to go if you already know what you’re doing to your property and you have the time to manage everything, but you need some help in compiling a detailed package so that tradespeople can provide quotes and get on work with the work.
You might know what you want your property to look like by the time the renovation is over. You might even be as far along as having architectural drawings completed and are ready to start putting a team together to get the work done. But how do you know exactly what work needs to be done and how to get things going?
Lots of property developers like you find themselves in this position. You’ve got the vision in mind, but need an extra pair of hands to ensure that vision becomes a reality.
A Tender Package is a great way to start your project off on the right foot. With plenty of detail and design decisions made upfront, your project can make good ground quickly with everyone being on the same page from day 1. This almost always avoids costly mistakes later on in the project.
To get the ball rolling, we’ll meet with you on-site to talk through your project with you as well as review any building surveys you may have completed ensuring all of those works are included. This helps us to understand what work needs to be done to convert the property into its intended use. We’ll then go away and work our magic to create a fully-fledged Tender Package.
Once the Tender Package is agreed upon and signed off, it can be handed to your build team to work from. This ensures that every tradesperson is on the same page and working towards your vision.

PROJECT COORDINATION
Our Project Coordination package is the ultimate hands-off approach for your consideration. As well as creating the initial Tender Package for you, we can coordinate the entire project from start to finish.
As a property developer, your time and energy are precious resources. If you’ve got multiple projects on the go, it might feel like you are spread a little thin. Sometimes, having someone else on board to ensure your projects make it over the line on time is just what is needed.
You’ll be in safe hands with the Åben team, and we’ll be there every step of the way to achieve a vision for your property that leaves you feeling proud. We’ll be your eyes and ears throughout the build and we’ll always advocate for your best interests. With our help from the beginning, we use our experience to ensure no detail is overlooked in your Tender Package and specification.
You’ll receive regular progress reports throughout the renovation, which includes us walking through the site with the build team to check that everything has been completed in line with the specification. We’ll even oversee visits from Building Control, and at the end of the project, we’ll put together a ‘snagging list’ to ensure that no job is left unfinished or not completed to a high standard.
