What can a Discovery Day do for you?
The day usually starts with us sitting in a coffee shop and having a good chat about property in general. It’s a great way to break the ice, discover what experience the people in the room have, and where everyone sees their next step. We’ll also dig into Derby in more detail; the main places you’ll see property investments (the good and the bad!), the tenant types you’ll attract, and the types of employers who call Derby their home.
We’ll then visit some of our properties, some already redeveloped, tenanted, and others in progress. Next, we’ll discuss the projects in depth, including the finances, how we created the designs and how we redeveloped the building to achieve the desired finish. We’ll also talk about the building work, giving you the details of what goes into a successful project, the contacts you’ll need, and how to set yourself up for success before you knock down a wall.
