The home also benefits from a shared garden and bike shelter.

The house is located close to the Rolls Royce Derby & Hucknall branch, Bombardier and Pride Park (home of Derby County Football Club). There is a great bus route from London Road to the Rolls Royce branch, and to other areas in Derby.

There is also a cleaner who visits the house weekly to clean the communal areas of the home.
