Our purpose at Åben is to change renting for the better. We believe in being open and honest with our tenants. When you visit one of our homes, it will be a member of the Åben team you will meet. If you decide to rent a room from Åben, it will be us that you speak to if you need anything.

Inspired by Scandinavian interior design, Åben rooms are cleverly designed to make the most of the space available. Almost all rooms feature en-suite bathrooms to provide you with luxury and privacy. Our shared living spaces receive the same distinctive design treatment, meaning you’ll also enjoy spending time in the communal areas with your fellow tenants.

All-Inclusive Rent

Our all-inclusive rent package means you only have one monthly payment to consider. Your rent includes all utility bills, council tax, and high-speed broadband. You can even pay your rent by Direct Debit to make things even simpler for you.

Here When You Need Us

We take great care to renovate our homes to a high standard and provide reliable utilities. However, we understand that, from time to time, things might need fixing.

Whether it’s a fault with the washing machine or the internet decides to fall asleep on you, we will ensure that we get it resolved for you as soon as we can. As an Åben tenant, you’ll have access to our fancy self-service portal where you can report maintenance issues directly to us.
